Welcome to Gadloch Angling Club 

 

The Gadloch provides excellent fly fishing for brown, rainbow, blue and tiger trout within easy reach of Glasgow, Scotland.  Gadloch Angling Club has exclusive fishing rights to 38 acres of trout fishing water next to Lenzie. Set in picturesque surroundings and teeming with wildlife, including ospreys and deer, Gadloch provides an easy way to escape the city for many enjoyable hours.

Throughout the season the loch is stocked with trout averaging 2lbs and a number of larger fish, some approaching double figures!

Club benefits include:

• Fly fishing for wild and stocked brown trout from the 15th of March to the 6th of October

• Year round fly fishing for rainbow trout, blue trout and tiger trout

• Trout fishing from both bank and boat available

• Three club boats available for members to use free of charge

• Up to 18 boat moorings for individual member's boats

• Only fly fishing is permitted, however tuition is available if you wish to learn to fly fish

• Use of Float Tubes and Fishing Kayaks is permitted

• Access to the members WhatsApp page, which is full of hints and tips

• Free public liability insurance while fishing

• Reduced fees for Juniors under 18 years old and those under 21. Under 16 family members supervised by a member may fish for free
